"Lovely staff, excellent quiet location that is still very convenient for the city. And a lovely vegan breakfast!"

"My two daughters and I were informed by reception the night before that breakfast would start at a certain time. However, when we arrived the next morning, we were told by the lady behind the bar that because it was a bank holiday, breakfast would open an hour later. While we understood the change, the staff member was very rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional in the way she spoke to us. When we said we would report the matter, she replied, “I don’t care.” I later reported this to reception, where both staff members were very apologetic and understanding."

"Great hotel , an old building with a stylish interior . Staff were lovely and friendly, and so helpful. Food inventive and freshly cooked , much better than your average hotel, a real menu, for breakfast, lunch and dinner full of interesting choices - well done chef! "The hotel is located in the centre of Norwich next to the cathedral, everything is in walking distance. Our suite was located on the top floor via a small spiral staircase, ok for us but anyone with mobility issues would find it difficult. Bed and bathroom were comfortable with everything that we needed. The breakfast was varied with a lot to choose from but things were running out towards the end of service one day. The bar area was nice and service was great. Overall no complaints. "

"The room was accurately described and the apartment was clean and tidy. Fresh towels and bedding were provided. Emily gave comprehensive check in instructions but on arrival there was slight confusion over the parking space and finding the correct lock box. Emily checked we were settled on the day. Good kitchen facilities and incredible location. Overall a good stay and worth the price."
