"This is a fine little cottage. Everything is quite old, including the stairs to the tower. The tower was dusty and filled with dead flies but did have a nice view. You CANNOT walk on the lake, the neighbors are very protective of their property lines which surprised us. We’ve stayed on Lake Michigan before and part of the draw is enjoying lake walks. "It is truly a Cozy Cottage. My Wife and I were very comfortable there. The Cottage was very clean and well kept up. The backyard was great with beautiful views of Green Bay, and very quiet and relaxing. Indoors at night were comfortable and nice also."

"Overall, a very nice property. Updated amenities, comfortable space and right on the river, which was great. Two small frustrations - there were no toiletries in the house (body wash, shampoo, etc) which we have come to expect with rental properties like this. We had to go and buy our own. Second, there were quite a few flies in the house when we got there. We were able to get rid of them but it was a bit of a hassle. "
