Clean beautiful hotel! In a great location near many shops and food restaurants. Hotel gave us drink vouchers. They also had live music on outside patio on the weekend! Hotel is approx 30 minutes to the ferry to North Stradbroke island, 20 minutes to Morton island excursion. Would recommend and stay again.

The location of the Pullman Brisbane Airport could not be more convenient or more easily accessed from the Brisbane Airport Terminals by either talking the walkway from the airport or taking one of the transport options located at the hotel. The Pullman also offers a convenient morning shuttle to the terminal offering a variety of different times for guests. This place is a gem. The room was modern. Spacious and very clean. Check-in was very easy and fast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We flew in from overseas and had to get Rapid Antigen Covid test kits but because we came in very late it would've been impossible to find a place to go buy these test kits late at night. I had booked a hostel and could no longer take sharing a room. Hostel single rooms are the same as a nice room in a hotel. Hotel Diana was a breath of fresh air. Arrived around 10am, check-in was at 2pm. They accommodated me and I was in my room by 11am. Came with a bottle of wine (okay because it was free) for VIP members. Perfect location to downtown and all aspects of surrounding areas. Walk through the botanical gardens or take a ferry or walking bridge to get away from the CBD area or walk straight down Albert to everything you’ll need. Pool is great as well.

Excellent stay - perfect sized apartment, comfortable bed, sauna & gym, supplies at the ready. My only bit of advice is to put robes in the rooms. My bathroom was thru the living room. They had them to sell but no room in suitcase/no need to buy.

Was so good, totally recommend,one of the best hotels o have stayed at for the Price,will be staying here from now on, loved it, pool awesome to, really comfy beds very large open space.

We stayed here our first stay in Brisbane and my husband was very upset I hadn't booked it on our return when we came back just to catch our flight back to the states. I booked next to the airport and won't make that mistake again.

Transit through Brisbane twice, one night each time. Emporium was all I had hoped for. Comfortable room, great shower, very good location.
