"Customer service was very good ,shuttle service to the Xfinity Center was Awesone but for the price paid for the stay was very overpriced for the condition of the hotel. Definately needs upgrading terrible musty, dirty smell in the Hallways,rugs very dirty ,walls very thin, very noisy. and we had to call down for a new coffee pot ,on my cell phone because the phone was not working properly,because our coffee pot didnt work.Definately Overpriced with not even a complimentary breakfast "
