"I normally have no issues with this place and it’s my favorite place to stay downtown. However, this time I did not get the link to verify my identity for hours and hours. I sat outside the hotel for two hours calling the number that’s not even the front desk to get a verified and no one would answer."

"This property is very well located for people coming from western America by car. There is a very large network of roads and highways to serve you nearby. That said, the Twin Cities are home to VERY many RUDE drivers. Commonly found are the following. They will block you from merging, and you'll have to divert from your planned path to avoid a collision. They will also rush up to block you from merging, even when they could easily let you merge. All of this promotes bad will and frightening situations. Drivers, be alert to this reality, especially in the areas of Eden Prairie, Edina, and the western suburbs of Minneapolis. "Minnesota Nice" may exist one-on-one situations with people, but it does not exist on the highways! All my relatives who live there feel the same way I do. Fear of driving rules them too."
