"Exterior of the property poorly kept. Trash around, parking lot not clean. Inside was clean. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were amazing! Restaurant and bar experience was excellent. "

"Beds are uncomfortable. The King was okay for a hotel. Bunks and pullout couch were lumpy, uncomfortable, missing linens (when called, twice, nobody brought them). Kids were cold. Most attractiond close early and waterpark does not open until 10 am. "

"All but one staff member were absolutely amazing. Their breakfast is great, way more options than we expected, the employee who takes care of the breakfast is super attentive as well. The fitness center is a little lacking, but better than nothing. The parking being paid is a little annoying but understandable. There are however,a lot of homeless individials walking through the lot (i believe a shelter is right behind the hotel) . The shower doors are all pretty much broken (they slide open while showering). I would stay here again when in the twin cities. "
