"I checked in at 2:00 and went to my room to get some rest. My keycard didn't work. Luckily the staff was great and fixed it but it was an extra 20 minutes of not being able to get into my room. There was also no hit water so I was unable to shower after flying for 20 hours. In the morning, when I was hungry and wanted to take advantage of the breskfast it was dismal. The juice machine was empty, there was no coffee, no spoons for cereal. There were only a couple pieces of bread and a liitle bit of fruit....very disappointing."

"Worst casino hotel in all of America! No air conditioning in the room- they don’t allow customers to control the fan the a/c or heat in your room you are paying for! No safe in the room - and it’s a CASINO!!! No makeup mirror in the bathroom and barely any lighting. Refrigerator wasn’t working. Called the front desk to have them turn our heat down and it didn’t happen. Worst hotel!!!"

"Currently under construction, so it does get loud during the day, the renovations so far looks great! Can’t wait till they get done. Breakfast is always delicious. I just hope they put in pancakes or waffles to the menu one day. That’s the only thing missing. "
