"I had a very disappointing experience from check-in to check-out.
I arrived only about a 1.5 hour before the official check-in time (3 PM), and it was very clear that my room—and others—were already ready since the hotel was not busy at all. I was extremely tired and politely asked the receptionist if I could check in a bit early, but she refused. What made it worse was that about 20 minutes later, while I was still waiting, she allowed another guest to check in early. Only after I complained did she finally check me in.
The next day, housekeeping knocked and asked if I needed the room cleaned, mentioning that it already looked clean. I confirmed that I did want it cleaned and left the room so they could do so. When I returned, I noticed that only the bed had been made. The restroom was not cleaned at all, and basic items like shampoo were not replenished.
Overall, the service was inconsistent and disappointing. Definitely not the level of hospitality I expected."
