"I had a very disappointing experience from check-in to check-out. I arrived only about a 1.5 hour before the official check-in time (3 PM), and it was very clear that my room—and others—were already ready since the hotel was not busy at all. I was extremely tired and politely asked the receptionist if I could check in a bit early, but she refused. What made it worse was that about 20 minutes later, while I was still waiting, she allowed another guest to check in early. Only after I complained did she finally check me in. The next day, housekeeping knocked and asked if I needed the room cleaned, mentioning that it already looked clean. I confirmed that I did want it cleaned and left the room so they could do so. When I returned, I noticed that only the bed had been made. The restroom was not cleaned at all, and basic items like shampoo were not replenished. Overall, the service was inconsistent and disappointing. Definitely not the level of hospitality I expected."

"The room was advertised as "soundproof" room, that was not the case! You can hear! The room turns out to be a lot smaller than I thought. I couldn't even open my suitcase flat out on the floor. I didn't want to put it on the bed to dirty it. After the first day when I return, my room was reek of heavy cigarette smells. After complain to the owner the next day it's not there anymore, however there are times to times you can smell a little bit but thank goodness it was not like before! The fridge they've divided into sections for each of the unit that you're renting. However the section that I got was a drawer! With the limited opening of the drawer due to the restriction hitting the shelf on the door so it only open half way to get things in and out. It was a bit of inconvenience. "
