"When we first arrived Tim and Russel was super helpful. My son is on the autism spectrum so we had a few requests in regards to what kind of room we needed. Tim was awesome in helping us get a room that was suitable for my son’s special needs. Which made the stay super comfortable. Russel helped us to find a parking spot in a parking lot that was full. Which was super awesome because of my son is special needs, it’s best for us to be parked in the hotel. He pulled a spot out of a hat for us and we are super grateful. Pool was great, the change rooms were nice and heated. After my son went swimming we were able to change in a warm change room, that was definitely something we don’t normally get while at a hotel stay. Everything was neat and clean and our room was excellent. All the staff there were really nice and super helpful. Thank you to Mr. Tim and Mr. Russell for being exceptional and for helping to accommodate our special needs."

"Everything was great- just be aware that the hot tub and sauna upstairs are not very big and fill up quickly. Not a lot of space to relax up by the pool but I kind of expected that since it’s in a busy city like Toronto. Hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating "

"We have stayed before, but it seems they could use some updates. Furnishings were a bit run down. Fold out couch was terrible. Even with earplugs it was very loud. Area near the hotel was dirty and with homeless on the ground just around the corner from the hotel."

"I have been here three times since January. The only reason I booked here as because they have a restaurant in the hotel. I will not stay here again as the food is terrible and had to send it back all three times I was there. My wife to. Complained at hotel desk, they did not care said the restaurant was independent of them.. Too bad you will lose business instead of my messages being passed up the chain. Hotel itself was fine."
