"It would have been 5 stars if they didn’t double-book our room. Someone came in while I was in my underwear. We had to call the front desk to let them know our room was already occupied for the next 3 days. Then the staff of course killed our key cards so we had trouble going back inside and had to take another trip to the front desk, 11 floors down. Parking was also not free. "

"Dogs barking near our checked in room … but the staff quickly relocated us to a quiet room far away from the sags."

"It is tidy and neat but apparently looks old. The lift is a bit slow. There are problem with the public toilet in the dining hall with occasional overflow. My son also stayed in the same hotel but another room and has also overflowing problem with the toilet in his room. It will certainly be more attractive with replacement of carpets in the lobby, repainting of interior walls and lift refurbishment. Breakfast is acceptable . "
