"Excellent service by staff. The meals were great. The rug at the rooms passage needs to be changed. The notice in the rooms where guests are advised to lock their balcony and room doors gives the impression that the hotel is not very secured. "

"Everything was great at this hotel. My only complaint is the old decor in the room and a stale smell in the room. The staff are all very friendly including the housekeepers who go out of their way to say hello. "

"This place has a 24 hour security surveillance. Safe, and clean. The staff Ralph showed us the unit before we checked in. A full size refrigerator & microwave in a two bedroom unit is good enough for a small family. The place is for long term students and transient visitors. Laundry machines and gas stoves are in the building if needed. Overall we like this place. It was all what we need. Will stay again at this residence if we visit Toronto in the future. "
