"We were in Barrie for a dance comp so little time was spent in the hotel. It was clean and comfortable though showed signs of wear. The gym is not patrolled and I wonder if it is cleaned often enough. Overall though the stay was great and if we were going back to Barrie, I would stay here."

"I had a horrible sleep due to the cheap mattress which I was completely shocked about how it sinked in and I’m not a heavy person so I can imagine what your heavier person can feel. I had originally booked a room that it had a stand up shower but I was moved to a different room it came with a tub instead? Now for some people it can be ok but I have bad knees and it was very inconvenient. I was expecting to be told if I was ok with that."

"It’s very very clean love it. The beds are comfortable. The sheets are fresh. Everything is very up-to-date. Also, breakfast is not included, but the breakfast is amazing. I’m pretty sure it’s a mom and pops place. "

"I liked the cost. But with that the hotel is very old and could use a top to bottom refresh."

"The staff was great. We got there well before check in because we had to work that day and they found us a room although there was a $50 early check in which the room wouldn’t be occupied all day so I don’t see the need in that. The blackout curtains didn’t work in the room we had to use a pants hanger to keep them closed and after a day of being out in Barrie our room wasn’t made up the hot tub was more of a warm tub which I don’t know if it’s just because we went there later in the night. Overall mediocre experience but great staff."

"Clean hotel, Staff are kind and friendly, suggestions for breakfast maybe some kind of hash brown and some fruit.. more than just apples! Otherwise breakfast was great and staff always say hello or good morning. I will stay again at this hotel"
