"The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. "

"Since last year there has been lots of maintenance upgrades. However some of the exterior on the porches needs new wood and painting. Some wood was deteriorated and it could be termites. Otherwise the updates and freshening were good."
"We did not want to spend a ton of money and this fit the bill. It is clean and we were just sleeping. Tv doesn’t work however not a big deal. Pillows and bed are def not great but again we didn’t want to pay $500+!!!"
