This beautiful urbanization has six swimming pools including a covered heated warm water pool for the winter months. The apartment is surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens. This is a very spacious apartment, tastefully furnished with all home comforts and terraces facing stunning views of the forest and mountains. Very close to the beach within a 20-minute walk. Marbella Old Town is 15 minutes away by car. Close by, situated in a very affluent area called Elviria, you will find an excellent array of restaurants supermarkets, cafes gourmet shops, and beach bars. The most popular are Nikki Beach, La Scala, and Don Carlos Hotel Bar, and other restaurants to explore.
There is a local weekly market on Fridays and an organic Market every month on Saturday.
Close by is Santa Maria Golf and Country Club, a parkland golf course recognised as being one of the best presented along the Costa del Sol
