The location is ideal--beautifully situated and private, but an easy drive to the coast--the house and grounds are rustic, beautiful, and relaxing, and Chantal and Zvonko are wonderful hosts. We had a blissful stay and would love to come again!"

Im Außenbereich gibt es eine Sitzmöglichkeit, Liegen und eine Grillecke. Für die Kinder natürlich auch den Pool. Die Küche ist klein und eignet sich nur für kleinere und schnelle Gerichte.Abenteuerlich ist allerdings die Zufahrt zum Haus. Mit einem großen Auto (Van, Kombi) benötigt es etwas Geschick und Ruhe. "Ideal für große Familien oder Kleingruppen - durch die Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad eine hohe Privatsphäre. Der Pool bietet ganztägigen Sonnenanbetern alles was sie brauchen. Die Ausstattung des Objektes ist grossartig. Der Eigentümer wohnt in Rijeka und ist sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten an den schönen Stränden von Opatja - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants direkt in der Nähe - frische Brötchen gibt’s direkt in Matulji - herrlich."

"Wir sind sehr freundlich begrüßt worden und überhaupt hatte unsere Vermieterin immer ein offenes Ohr bei Fragen oder Tipps. Wir reisen mit Hund und auch der war ein gern gesehener Gast.Der Ausblick auf das Meer, vom Balkon oder Frühstückstisch, ist einfach nur traumhaft.Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Ecke, die Auffahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich mit einer extremen Steigung aber gut befahrbar.Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und vielleicht sehen wir uns einmal wieder."

The house was perfectly clean as were the surroundings and we found all amenities and equipment you would need for having a lovely and memorable vacation. Adriana, the host, was very helpful and giving a lot of tips where to go and what to see in Istria. The neighbours from the farm next door have also been very friendy and we felt absolutely welcome in Villa Kurioza."

"We - a group of 18 (12 adults) - spent a week in June 2023 in this really nice villa. The view from the rooms and of course the infinity pool area is just breathtaking! The Appartements are very well equipped (coffee machines, side-by-side fridges incl ice serving and cooking equipment). Flip side of the great view is a pretty long distance to the beaches.
