"Hotel lobby was very bright and welcoming. Staff lovely and helpful. Room very clean and spacious very much like a London hotel room ! Bed huge and comfy ! Room service everyday! Sadly windows didn’t open! Hotel situated further away from the centre of Vienna than we anticipated,but easy access to and from, without all the noise of the centre! Defo would recommend to friends and family! "

Great value property with excellent staff
"The staff at this hotel were outstanding, particularly the night managers, and the rooms were well-appointed. A wonderful location in the diplomatic district with a tram stop right outside. Would stay again. The aircon was a bit loud but could be switched off as the windows could open."
