"This is an Expedia thing. This hotel used to be The Lighthouse Suites but it has now merged with another hotel next door. That is not clear at all when you book on Expedia. Thankfully the front desk was able to move us to a lighthouse suites room. It was not however the ocean view that I booked. The front desk team were super nice and gave us the best room that was available. Lots of construction going on at the property right now. Overall, we still love this place. Have been coming to the Lighthouse Suites for years and will come back again. The pickle ball and games area is great for kids, rooms very comfortable and staff really nice. Little walk and steep steps to stunning beach. We love Ventana grill and Blast and Brew nearby. Just double check you book the right one - it’s not clear at all on Expedia unfortunately."
