This was a great place with a clean room, good location near the bus, easy check-in, and friendly staff. I would stay here again.

Wonderful host, delicious breakfast, spotless home. They upgraded us to a balcony room which was gorgeous. It’s set up high on the mountain a little challenging to get to if not use to driving in Italy.

I would strongly recommand this place. The hosts went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The room is very nice, clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable. They left some local cookies in the room as well as water for us, they even gave us complimentary bottle of champagne! We asked for a restaurant recommendation and they even called and made a reservation for us. They made us feel home and treated us like family. Very old building but perfectly fine if you don’t believe in ghosts

Alice was extremely helpful and attentive to us when we stayed there. It is perfectly located, just a few minutes away from the train station. It is also very close to the heart of Como San Giovanni. Would definitely stay here again!

Location, location, location!!! This hotel was steps away from restaurants, transportation and shopping. An amazing view from the rooftop deck, many restaurant options just outside the doorway. Conveniently located across the street from Lake Como where you can take the boats from and also just a few minutes from the train station.

The staff was amazing. The location of the hotel is amazing in front of the lake. They are very helpful. They arranged all our trips. They arranged for us a boat trip around Lake Como. It was something to remember for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this hotel if you have enough budget and want the top of the top of the top.

Everything was excellent, very nice, affordable, clean and convenius, except I never saw the staff and I needed help.

Matteo our host was super friendly and welcoming and helpful.Inside garden and rooms a delight as it is in an previous industrial area.It was very hot out that was the only thing I didn’t like.Metroto Centre of Milan in 15 minutes was great and easy.

In a convenient location, yet quiet and away from the heavy traffic. Close to public transportation, the Swiss border. Convenient to shopping centers. Easy parking. Outstanding and always available host. Cannot beat the value for the price and the options.
