"I got these reservations for my best friends. First night, the bed linens have holes and hairs. They complained and told them the room was supposed to be for construction workers. They got them a new room late at night. The next day, my friend talked to the manager and while he was talking to her he was chewing seeds and put it in a bottle when finished with chewing it. He did it throughout while talking to my friend."

"The property and our room were very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. We also loved how close the location was to everything, which made getting around very convenient. There was some trouble with the elevator during our stay, but thankfully we were on the second floor so it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely consider staying here again."

"The pictures on Hotels.com are not the same hotel. No balconies and the rooms are not the large suites you see on the web site. I don’t know what’s up with that - very misleading. However the hotel is nice and clean - so I still give it a good rating. But the web site needs to get its act together."
