"This was a beautiful property with excellent service. Everyone was exceptionally kind, offering not only service but history of the island, excursion ideas, dinner options etc. Ernie was so wonderful to just stop and chat with on a daily basis. We loved the Rum cave experience with Carla! It was excellent and Rashida, Tammy and a host of others made dining a pleasure- so accommodating. Lastly Ella was so fun to talk to and helped with booking our transportation and excursions. My only drawback was the bathroom in the room needed an upgrade. But other than that it was an awesome way to start the new year! Would definitely recommend "

"The latest remodeling of Secrets St. Lucia turned out absolutely beautiful!! The rooms are very up to date, clean and beautiful! The resort itself is very clean, nicely furnished and just out right gorgeous! From the moment we got to the resort we were greeted and treated so well by all of the staff! All staff stood out as welcoming and accommodating. The food was great, the view was even better!! If you’re looking for an amazing excursion, find Joy on the beach! He’s not pushy at all as his excursion reviews sell it for him! They take you through and amazing day full of volcanic mud baths, waterfalls, lunch at his personal house and then snorkeling. It was truly amazing! "

"My stay at Soco House in St. Lucia was nothing short of amazing. As a solo female traveler, feeling safe, comfortable, and genuinely welcomed is extremely important to me—and Soco House exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm, stylish, and relaxing. The property is beautifully maintained, intimate, and perfectly located near Rodney Bay, making it easy to explore while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. I want to give a special thank you to Eloise, who truly made my stay unforgettable. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, always checking in to ensure I was comfortable and enjoying my experience. Her energy and care made me feel seen, supported, and completely at ease—something that means a lot when traveling alone. The food was delicious (I’m currently still thinking about the blackened tuna and bread and butter pudding), the rooms were clean and modern, and the overall vibe of the hotel was calm yet social enough if you want to connect with others. I felt safe at all times, and the staff went above and beyond to create a welcoming environment. I would highly recommend Soco House to solo travelers, especially women looking for a luxurious yet comfortable all-inclusive experience in St. Lucia. I’m already looking forward to returning!
