"Great boutique hotel in an excellent location - walking distance to all the key sights and lots of great bars and restaurants and shopping nearby. Staff were really helpful, rooms were small but we weren't in them much because we were out exploring the city. The man at the front desk helped us acquire a card for public transportation and even helped us refill it. The hotel was accessible to the ferry and the staff helped us understand the system. "I stayed with my family for 1 week from 4/2 to 4/9. I have to say that for the first two days we had a little rough time. My mother was with a wheelchair, and the hotel does not have access to cars, you need to be dropped off at several feet away and walk up a steep hill. Also, there was a construction in the building next to the hotel and they work overnight, which was not announced on their website, so for 2 nights I had a hard time sleeping.
