"The apartment was clean and homely, there were many paintings and ornaments so didn’t feel like a hotel. The furniture was comfortable and not IKEA rubbish which many rentals sadly have these days. The location was very good."

Despite communication 2 days and 30 minutes before arrival via the contact details provided, we had to wait 40 minutes to get keys to check in. A 25 voucher was promised as compensation for 5 people, but not received. 2. You cannot access the pool until a face to face induction is done.
