Wonderful quaint property, well maintained, in a quiet area, close to everything. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Alain, the owner is friendly, helpful, well informed and really cares about his guests. The breakfast is fresh and plentiful, served on the outdoor shaded deck. The riad was so beautiful and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. We took the shuttle from the airport and our driver was very friendly and helpful and made sure we got to the hotel safely. Once we checked in the staff was so helpful. They called to make a reservation for us at a local rooftop restaurant. Our room was gorgeous and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee is excellent. We had a lovely stay and will definitely come back!

Riad Livia was the best part of Morocco for us! It’s close to the Medina but far enough away too that you have more peace and quiet. It’s absolutely beautiful inside the Riad, and it’s very calm.
