"The townhome was very clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located within walking distance of historic downtown Martinez and close to many regional parks and the John Muir historic home. Neighborhood felt very safe and the covered carport was very nice to have in the rain. While the fire station is close, they never turned on the sirens during my stay.
