Owners were extremely prompt and attentive to addressing any issues and answering any questions. Great location for Dayton and Cincinnati attractions. A heads up there is a sunken living room (2 steps down) and a sunken primary suite (2 steps down to the bed and 2 steps up to access the bathroom) which is key to know for any mobility issues. "This was my third stay in this house with friend groups. It's a wonderful home, super comfortable and functional. The host is excellent to work with and will do whatever you need to make sure your vacation is perfect. "Needs some attention. Lose the plastic sheets over the mattress. Hard to sleep every time we moved it would wake us up. Need a luggage rack so suitcase doesn’t have to sit on floor. AC doesn’t keep up in keeping bedroom cool. Add a couple towel hooks in bathroom. VRBO website difficult. POSITIVE: Quiet, easy to get to, good parking, has all the basics you would need. Needs a few improvements but overall for location not too bad."
