"We really enjoyed our stay at the Landmark. The car service they set up for our transportation to and from the airport was exceptional and a wonderful start to our vacation. We only stayed one night and did not have our luggage, due to a layover. The staff quickly sent up toothbrushes for us, which was very helpful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pub downstairs is a must! The Old Fashions were delicious, the food was great and the service incredible! We only wish we could have stayed a bit longer!"

"Really great hotel. Nicely decorated and warm atmosphere in both the rooms and public areas. Our bathroom door was making a godawful screeching sound every time we opened it but we didn’t say anything because how can staff not know about it, they were cleaning every day. Luckily that was the only real sore spot of our stay. Large studio room. Ample counter space in the bathroom. Very nice breakfast available, the options were limited but we just wanted some fuel for the day. The staff were very nice. Free candy at reception. Would 100% stay here again."

"Well located near Marble Arch tube and easy venue to find. Entrance ok, although escalator out of action. Reception good and quick, bar area nice. Room lovely and large. Bed very comfortable and great to have plug and usb bits next to the bed. overall good experience and will return"
