Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Location close to underground station, short walk to Hyde Park and Marble Arch. Great breakfast choice. Only downside, dining area gets really packed when hotel is busy.

The staff is amazing! Polite, courteous and Pamela is the best. Rooms are very clean, the hotel is close to the tube and walking is within range of many restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

When I tried to check in, they had relocated to somewhere really far from central as a result of the failure of the air conditioner, and they kept me waiting for almost 4 hours to find another solution, very bad behavior from the staff and so unprofessional.

We just left after a week at Voco on our first trip to Europe, and I knew right from check in that we'd enjoy our stay, and it didn't disappoint! The staff were so friendly... one member even hugged us when we left! I had seen comments that people said the rooms were small and could only access the bed on one side. This was not our experience at all. Yes, certainly more compact than North American rooms, but we had plenty of room and our bed was high enough to store our suitcases underneath which was a real plus. The rooms and spaces were very clean and modern. With a bus stop in front of the door, and the Edgeware Rd station just across the street on the other side of the small block, it was ideal for getting everywhere we wanted to go. I would absolutely stay here again, and would recommend to any of our friends and family to do the same!

Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im voco Hotel. Unser Zimmer war zwar recht klein, aber sauber, komfortabel und modern eingerichtet. Beim auch eher kleinen Frühstücksbuffet ist auch für jeden etwas dabei. Lage super, U-Bahn-Station direkt ums Eck und vieles zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Personal auch sehr nett.

Sehr liebenswürdige Mitarbeiter! Gutes Frühstück, das einzige was man beanstanden könnte ist, dass der Frühstücksraum sehr klein ist und sonntags wenn alle etwas später kommen, kann es sein dass man keinen Platz hat. Metro und Bus um die Ecke. Schöne Zimmer.
