We loved our stay here! Especially for the price, it exceeded my expectations. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and felt very safe here. Great location and had no issues at all. Will definitely stay here again next time in London!

Liked: Cleanliness
The lobby was very nice with free coffee and tè and we also enjoyed the breakfast.
Excellent location as we had planned to visit most landmark location in London. Convenient location to access all public transport.
Staff were excellent. They were very helpful during our stay. They were very well versed with the public transportation system which was an immense blessing to us being the first time visitors to London.
Comfortable room. Great breakfast. 24 hours tea/coffee service made our stay comfortable and convenient.
Great location and easily walkable to Oxford Street and beyond! Rooms are tiny but clean and they are very smart with the space. Continental breakfast is pretty basic but convenient. Some rooms do not have windows but you can request a room with a window.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We’ve never stayed in that area before but we found it perfect! It was quiet and a close walk to the tube station. Will stay here again!
The hotel is located in very good location to access to Paddington station as well as London city center.
The staff are well trained and very friendly.
I am sure I will choose this hotel when I visit in London again!
Very centrally located hotel. Very clean, fresh interior in rooms. Good, hard bed. Excellent windows with good sound isolation. Small rooms, but good value.
Breakfast was great in the hotel but overpriced for what I ate. Overall good location when using public transit. The rooms are quite small though - and I even upgraded to a deluxe room.
Our hotel room was clean and quite comfortable. We had the accessible room at first which has a large (king sized?) bed, and large-ish bathroom with accessible shower. We had some hot waters issues so they moved us to a different room with a window (a nice improvement) but the room, bed and bathroom were smaller. It was fine for one night. I think it’s too small for two people for a number of days. Still, it is all quite new, modern, clean and comfortable. Just tight. The breakfast was very good in our opinion. Lots of options. The staff were as nice and helpful as can be.
So this was the smallest room ever. I was very well designed but the bed was up against the wall which wasn't so good for the inner person to use the loo at night. I'd recommend for one but suggest a bigger room for two experiencing jetlag.
We had an excellent stay here. Location is well placed and rooms are clean. There is AC which is a huge plus. Staff is quite nice and helpful. There was a bar too. I would revisit again. Arun at the front desk was really helpful!
Poor quality air conditioning. The receptionist/check-in staff was very welcoming. The room never got cool though 2 front desk staff said they would amend the control from downstairs but it did not get cooler.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
Great location and everything felt modern. However, the electrical system kept shutting down, and the WiFi didn’t function. In addition the only window was a small sliver in the corner that was completely frosted. It felt a bit claustrophobic.
We had a 4 night stay, and while I appreciate that rooms are only cleaned by request, it was disappointing that our request for cleaning was seemingly ignored. It also seems unnecessary to have to go to reception to ask for toilet paper.
When we came to the room there was only one set of towels, and we had to go to reception to get an extra towel. The bathroom only had one hook to hang a towel, and nowhere to hang hand towels.
Everyone working in the reception was very polite, but the service level could definitely be improved.
