"I want to express my deepest gratitude to the waitresses, Diana and Karen, as well as to Captain Guadalupe Ureña, for helping me create an epic and memorable surprise for my parents’ anniversary. They provided extraordinary service to my family, and I will be eternally grateful to them. Initially, the lady from guest services messed up by telling me that the restaurant, Sunset, was open for breakfast for my parents' surprise, but it ended up being closed. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated because my parents only had a few hours left in the hotel, and on top of that, the lady from guest services sold me a surprise package that included a balloon and a cake. At that moment, I felt scammed. However, they resolved this immediately. The waitstaff and the captain were so kind to give us a table in a reserved spot where my family could enjoy our meal privately. I will be eternally grateful to this wonderful staff."
