"All windows need replacement. could barely see out of the windows and they barely opened. Rotted floor in front of sink. Neighbors fight every night so I was rarely able to sleep. Traffic at the entrance and in the evening is heavy so it's difficult to enter and exit the complex. Pool and exercise room was closed the entire time. I moved into the Villas at Germantown and their amenities are top notch and I pay half the price for an unfurnished apt. ($2K a month instead of $+4K. Online pictures...

"The property is well designed and feels larger than it actually is. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was high quality. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. It was a perfect weekend for the hot tub after celebrating the wedding of a dear friend up the road. We would definitely stay here again."

"Nice little house close to I40 which made it easy to get to area attractions quickly. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but the parking was off street and behind the home. We never felt unsafe. The host was responsive to text messages. John greeted us upon arrival and gave us the tour. Super friendly and helpful."
