"I’m really torn on this one. The front desk staff member at check-in was so friendly! The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel is in a great, safe location. Unfortunately the bathroom in our room was disappointing. It had a strong urine odor, the bottom of the shower curtain was stained yellow (maybe the source of the smell?), and the sink had major issues draining. "The staff was so attentive, friendly and helpful. One of several examples involves early morning coffee. Instead of going to the self service area I found myself at the restaurant. The staff was preparing for the morning guests. When I asked where the coffee bar was, they could have directed me to the location, which would have been fine.
