"Beautifully decorated, new surroundings. Each bedroom except center one had a porch. The pool is shared with the next door neighbor so not private. Hot tub was not hot but the owners were prompt to get a repairman to fix. Very clean, nice outdoor shower, extra chairs to use at beach. New appliances and plenty of cookware. Needs pizza cutter. Would suggest different outdoor furniture. Nice storage entirstay "

"The location of this house can’t be beat. A short walk over the dunes and your feet are in the Atlantic! Our family of 13 fit great — there are plenty of beds throughout the house. We had a couple of minor issues — two fans not working, a sliding door with a loose handle — and Bryant was responsive, although the timing of the fix did not align with our stay. Overall a great experience— given the numbers of people that the house accommodates, I would add some silverware (forks, in particular)...

The beds were made, towels hung, hand soaps ready to use, toilet paper be paper towels stocked. Nice kitchen appliances and a great selection of dishes and utensils. Light switches labeled. Comfy mattress with soft sheets. The outdoor shower and hose were very helpful. Private feel to the yard even with close...
