"We emailed and ask about the pool and where it was located due to having a key in the room and NEVER a response during the whole trip and still not a response to this day! We also felt like after paying a cleaning fee we should not have to wash laundry and do dishes for the maid before leaving! But we will book elsewhere next time. "

"The condo was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with pot and pans, linens and towels..Great location..The pool across the street was amazing and the ocean view from the balcony couldnt have been any better..Great place to stay and communication with property manager was very good..I highly recommend this property..Hope to stay here again next year"

"The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. Nicely updated and comfy. We loved sitting on the deck overlooking the rocks and ocean. Not much of a beach this time of year apparently but the deck made up for that! Had everything we needed for our short stay. Would recommend!"

"The condo was beautiful and within walking distance to boardwalk. The view was wonderful and beds were very comfortable. The only issue we had and it was a slight one was the parking. You have to park 2 cars deep. So either you are blocking someone else in or they are blocking you in. We were lucky enough to get an older gentleman that stayed at the condo more than he left. so we parked behind him whenever we could however we do like to go to the park, aquarium and to Wilmington for special...

"We took advantage of the week after Labor Day when the crowds were gone. Location is perfect for walking to anywhere in the historic district in addition to a impeccable view from the balcony of the Cape Fear River. A boat launching area just a few blocks away allowed me to enjoy kayaking the river. We plan to return. "
