It was filled with little items like snacks and water. The people managing the property were extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this cute little spot, and I would go back here if ever in Venice again."

"A clean and largely functional room (one of the bedside lights wasn't working, which would likely have been fixed had we reported it, but then again perhaps it should haveen checked and fixed before we checked in). The hotel is close to both the city centre and the train station, so by and large we were happy with our stay."

"Staff is great, hotel is new, well maintained and clean. However, there was a constant "humming" sound I could hear in the hallway, some time during my stay. Not sure if it was the elevator or a generator somewhere in the building. It was not enough to bother me, as I sleep very deeply. Restaurant was good and overall experience was pleasant. Will definitely stay there again."
