We were also lucky enough to plan a rehearsal dinner and Welcome drink experience with Chiara. She went above and beyond to make sure we knew all of our options and plans for our wedding celebration coming up. Her attention to detail, warmth, and thoughtful hospitality made everyone feel welcome and at ease. She’s truly a gem. The grounds of the hotel are stunning, with sweeping views of Lake Varese and an atmosphere that feels both tranquil and grand. Every staff member we encountered was gracious and professional, and the service throughout was top-notch. We can’t wait to return for our wedding celebrations. "Novotel is a little farther from the airport than we expected however, the hotel offers a shuttle for five euro per person. Hotel is clean. Staff are extremely friendly and the breakfast is excellent. The hotel is out in the middle of nowhere so it is a perfect overnight stay pre or post travel but not much more. "
