"Es wurde Frühstück angepriesen. Dieses Bestand jedoch nur aus Einweg-Cerealien und verpackten Kuchen… den Rest könne man auf unserem Appartement zubereiten - dafür hätten wir eine Küche, wurde uns gesagt. Man sollte die Beschreibung „Frühstück inbegriffen“ streichen. Es war schlichtweg keines."

"I love Matanza. It's in a great location, walking distance to everything. I enjoyed sitting on the canal/bay and seeing all the wildlife, especially Manatee! We stayed in the 2 bedroom and it was perfect!"

"Clean room. Great location. Tiki Bar. Everything was great!"

"Clean room airport shuttle and good breakfast"

"Never anyone at the desk. At check-in waited over 10 minutes calling out for someone to appear. Rooms were ok in terms of furnishings and cleanliness but hallways badly in need of vacuuming. Biggest disappointment - NO breakfast at all despite being offered in the listing by Expedia. Coffee only. When asked, the staff claimed supply delivery was "late", but it seems it was missing completely, and I guess no one thought to visit a local supermarket and supply basic breakfast items."

"Awesome location, facility and staff. I plan to stay there every time I visit Fort Meyers."

"The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable to sleep on. Visitors in the room next to us, had a crying child both nights and last night we heard a couple arguing with each other."

"Great location, clean room. Bathroom could use updating. A couple of mold spots in the shower."
