"Most everything was ok. Nothing was great. The only way to watch tv was to lay in bed. There wasn't a table I could eat at. No microwave to warm anything up. I only asked for my room to be cleaned twice. I would have thought my sheets could have been washed both times, but they weren't. There was not a full-length mirror in the room. The dehumidifier was loud and I had to empty it daily. I had a beautiful view from my balcony. I was on the top floor of rooms, so I was awaken every morning from tables and chairs being moved around on the sundeck. I don't think a person staying at Lani Kai should have to pay to rent a beach chair. Awesome wait staff for bringing drinks to the beach. When I checked in I was told I had to pay for parking in the lot. Then I was told she would see what she could do. I think I was going to be taken advantage to pay $20 a day to park where I was staying. Not Cool. Very nice shop attached to the hotel in and around the back. "

"The real highlight of our stay was the wait staff in the outside dining area, particularly Jayden, Tyler, and Gabe. The property itself is nice. The room was wonderful with great oceanfront views, and it was very spacious. Our major disappointment was that there was no housekeeping at all during our four night stay. One more thing ot mention is that the air conditioning unit in the kitchen area was so loud that we absolutely had to close the bedroom door at night to sleep."

"A charming home conveniently located across the street from a public access beach spot. The house has everything you need for a nice trip to fort myers beach. It was nice to have a front deck as well as a rear screened in porch. Would definitely book again. "

"Beautiful beach front property with amazing views! We were very pleased with the home and location! The elevator was a lifesaver with heavy suitcases & groceries as the home has 3 levels. Host had birthday surprise waiting for our daughter when we arrived. Definitely would recommend staying at this beautiful property."

"Perfect VRBO for our family vacation! The house was extremely clean, has a stocked kitchen, beach chairs, beach coolers, everything you need for your stay! The VRBO photos do not do this house justice. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! The house is about a 15 minute walk down the beach to get to all the restaurants and Margaritaville Resort. Quick communication from the property manager and owner. We have rented a lot of beach properties and this is one we will definitely be returning to again! "

"We stayed for 6 days in March and had a nice time. Listing showed the location much closer to downtown and on beach side of Estero, which isn’t correct. It is about a mile from downtown, on the opposite side of the street and about a 7 minute walk from the beach. The walk isn’t bad and beach carts are provided, but it wasn’t what we expected. Property felt pretty clean, but dust on top of lamps, etc. Kitchen is well equipped but no dishwasher. Others mentioned the lack of water pressure in the shower and agreed, it was terrible. Lots of beach items like chairs, etc. and a nice backyard area. Hosts were friendly and quick to respond. Free trolley stop at end of the street was a nice perk as we hadn’t rented a car. Would stay again and recommend to others. "

"House was clean and well appointed. Host was great to work with. Would have loved to have screens on the main floor as to have air. We opened the doors but a bird flew in and hurt himself. He survived! Also could have used blinds for the main floor door as so sunny on one side of family room. Maybe a drawer set up on main floor for tooth brush, make up etc. we will be back again next year. Thank you!!!"
