She said she was new there but she was absolutely lovely. I wish I remembered her name to give her the proper credit. "

We were very impressed with the front desk willingness to help and ensured guests satisfaction. We were upgraded to great rooms and were surprised with a bottle of champaigne to the room. "Hotel was amazing, perfect location & not far to walk to everything but also peaceful and would definitely stay there again if we ever came back! Breakfast was lovely buffet style and they catered really well with gluten free options for my daughters who are both coeliacs. Teresa was very welcoming and greeted us each day at breakfast making everyone feel special, even filling up our water bottles which was much appreciated. Thanks for making our stay very special"
