"Our room was "picked up," not "clean." There was long hairs stuck to the bathroom walls and inside the shower from previous guests. Overall, the walls and table surfaces could use a good scrubbing, because there was dirt/food buildup and smudges throughout. In retrospect, I should have just spent the extra $20-$30 to stay at a nearby Super 8, Motel 6 or Best Western."

"Everything was great but the the smell the first day we got out on Friday inside the room was very bad. I had to go buy some plug-ins besides that I must say a hotel was excellent clean. Customer service was wonderful. Very professional. Breakfast was good room service was wonderful. I will stay again if I visit this area of Chicago."
