"Pros- very clean and nicely decorated, practically brand new Cons- front desk staff made 3 groups stand to wait for check-in until 3:00. We had arrived at 2:45 and they wouldn’t give us a room. Also, they charged for market items we didn’t buy. They did refund my credit card when I questioned it "

"Despite being off an interstate, the location is great even if you don't have a car since it's walkable to a metra station on a line that connects Joliet to Chicago. There was no coffee in the rooms but continuous carafes in the lobby. Breakfast was kinda grab-and-go (coffee/tea, individual pastries/juice/oatmeal packets). The elevator can be slow but there are stairwells at each end of the hallway."

"I got this hotel bc it's close to the airport and pet friendly. Staff was very welcoming to my pup. JJ (pup) is extremely friendly and jumpy & will bark when he sees people bc of his love and excitement for all people & the staff were very loving towards him. Very friendly staff and I would definitely use them again in the future. thank you!"
