"Wonderful place to stay during our lacrosse tournament."

"This property has mold in the bathrooms and bugs ( I’m guessing bed bugs) all over the rooms. When was going to the front desk to request another room, I overheard another guest complaining about bugs in their room. I checked out of the hotel and they refused to refund my 3 day stay. Horrible place. Do not stay here."

"The property was ok. but the breakfast was cold"

"My stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott was an exceptional experience. The property is impeccably maintained, offering spacious and comfortable accommodations, complemented by a highly professional and attentive staff. The complimentary breakfast was both high-quality and substantial, and the convenient parking and proximity to the adjacent shopping plaza further enhanced my stay. I highly recommend this establishment and look forward to returning during future visits to Charlotte."

"Conveniently located. Clean and spacious rooms"

"We were there for a funeral. The staff was very kind and attentive."
