"The people that run, the property are very nice rooms are clean and well kept over the all the hotel was very nice. However, on the outside, it was obviously were having some leaks over a long period of time. The building needs a major overhaul. Several floors are not being used Hallways have holes in the walls that have been covered with paper. I’m sure they are to access the plumbing in the walls, but the walls have never been fixed. Several ice machines are not working, but the staff is very pleasant and helpful. I would stay there again. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I only had breakfast one day that I was there and it was very good."

"Very clean and nice beds they were very comfortable. Plenty of pillows. The room was clean needed a few maintenance things done which was minor. Definitely very nice for the price. The showers were nice and hot and plenty of pressure. The breakfast lacked it was blah. They only had one toaster.French toast stix were steamed to keep warm which made them soggy.But all on all it was a great stay and would stay again just skip the breakfast."

"Great location and exceptional staff. Front desk on point for questions. Excellent service feom valet staff. RRT dining was great, bartender was one of the best. Great servivce and coffees in the Market. Room was clean but worn. (Dirty qindows some evidence of ceiling mold. Mid level room comfort. Climate.was good. Water pressure top floor was ok but not great. Very quiet for the location. Scenic views. Close to baseball stadium, Taft theater and great restaurants. "
