"Lots of character but really well kept. Very comfortable with nice extra amenities in the room. Staff are great. Super food with fully stocked pub bar. Stayed in room above main pub and facing road but surprisingly quiet."

"We booked a family suite which is lovely - very modern and tastefully decorated. A lovely tea/coffee area and bottles of water weee supplied. Both bedrooms have patio doors opening out onto outside area. The views are amazing and it is just so peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was amazing - THE BEST bacon!! Would highly recommend this place - ideal for walkers. "

"Short break over the weekend, nice quiet stay in a small village with restaurants, pub, take away and grocery shopping within walking distance via a slightly steep slope, but in no rush so can take it easy, easy reach with short drives for sightseeing and beaches, nice outside area for sunnier days. Definitely would stay again."

"On arrival,place looked deralict,shown to our room by owner,garden room.freezing cold no heating on.smelt musty curtains full of mould,felt damp,floor hadn't been sweet,full of bits fluff rug in front of door filthy,told lady room cold arrived at 2 went out at 5 ,15 heating still off.got back at 930 room warm.but heating off.went to bed heating never came back on...next morning had breakfast.excellent.could not fault it .still no heating..left at 9 30.for home..would never return.not...

"Tucked away, this farmhouse is just superb! Our room was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfy and the shower was the most powerful I’ve ever enjoyed! Kirsty and Neil are good hosts, ready to offer recommendations if asked, but will leave you to yourselves if you prefer. They keep pigs and chickens, which we were lucky enough to feed, and I can report that the sausages, bacon & eggs at breakfast were very tasty! Added bonus of homemade cakes left out, delicious! Thanks Kirsty & Neil"
