"The kids love it here and it's very manageable for us having a child with disabilities and being disabled myself. The breakfast buffet is $80 for 2 adults and 2 children. Considering the children are 6 and 11 with food aversions, they aren't eating $20 worth of food. Frankly, neither are we, especially for breakfast. So, that could be handled differently. But they know their audience and have chicken nuggets and tater tots on the buffet for breakfast! The kids love that. Only issues noted were long hairs on the wall and tub in king-size bedroom bathroom and that you pay $20 per night for parking. They should be patrolling the lot with those kinds of fees and enforce disabled parking violations! It was extremely difficult to find disabled parking and MANY had no insignia and no qualifying license plate. This is our third stay at this Great Wolf Lodge."

"Hotel is very close to UNC Charlotte. The entryway is beautiful, yet very functional. The glass elevator lends an extra dose of class to an already attractive hotel. The indoor pool is quite small, but extends out to outdoor as well. The pool and its area is well maintained and very comfortable, and the hot tub is fantastic, clean and doesn't reek of chlorine. We had a queen two bed room, and it was spacious and comfortable for 4 of us, with plenty of room for my wife's air mattress (bad back), and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was a good size, with a combo shower/tub with an adjustable shower so all sizes could have a good shower experience. One nice note, there was a sink outside the main bathroom, so some could use it while another was in the bathroom. The fridge is just a small basic fridge, but fine for leftovers or medicines that need to stay cool. The microwave worked. Facilities in general were top notch. There was coffee and tea, water, soda water, ice, and a few soft drinks available every time we tried, as well as the little convenience store. Everything worked. Felt safe with well-lit parking. And, among the best free breakfasts I've ever seen. The eggs were scrambled right in the room, the pancakes were made right in the room, the breakfast breakfast buffet was well stocked at all times, and nothing tasted pre-packaged. Plenty of apples (pre-washed and individually wrapped) and oranges, good juices, waffles, fresh biscuits. Just a great experience."

"The house was so nice and everything was exactly as listed. It was so quiet even though other properties were being built but the house is so soundproof you couldn’t hear anything outside. I am hoping to get back and rent next year. We have a son who lives in Mooresville and it was the perfect place to stay with our other son’s family to all hang out together. We traveled from NH."
