"Nice, spacious suite. The only issues were primarily upkeep. The toilet paper holder had been ripped off and was dangling from the wall. Neither of the blinds' switch worked, so couldn't open the curtain for any natural light whatsoever. We had an accessible suite, and the roominess, height of the bars and counters, and plenty of grab bars in the bathroom were topnotch. Our last day, when we came back for the night the sole elevator was broken. It was NOT easy to climb up all those stairs, and my sister had to leave her walker to climb the stairs. Thank goodness she wasn't in a wheelchair! Staff left at 5 as it was a Sunday so we had no options or even information and no emergency numbers."
