"The room was really clean. We were missing the remote and they brought one up right away and made sure it was working before they left. We were greeted with a hello any time we saw staff in the lobby. Everybody working was really friendly. We’ve stayed here before and have always had a really good experience."

As soon as you’re getting to your room it’s the quiet and comfortable hideout you’re looking for at the end of a long day. That said, if you’re lucky you’ll get a room with a view across Hollywood. "The hotel it's self was good for the pride and a great location. Lots of parking and near knotts which was the main reason for my stay. Only big problem is they have not returned my deposit and they will not reply to any of my emails to ask for it back!"

"Unfortunately, the check-in was a little stressful due to expedia not sending our 2 room reservation as adjoining rooms. The staff was able to rectify the issue, many Kudos! The fantastic location and traditional surroundings brings me back to the early days of Disney I experienced as a youngster! We would like to keep this family tradition going year after year!
