"I had wanted to stay here for a while and finally had the opportunity in mid October. Definitely a shoulder season for the area, I was the only one there for most of my stay. Even so, the facilities were clean and well maintained and the quietness provided exactly what I was looking for. "Our stay at Valley View was wonderful! The cabin was very comfortable and very clean. We explored the North Cascades and really enjoyed how close we were to the park. We also had a fine afternoon in Winthrop - such a cute western town! And the General Store bakery was just amazing!! We had the cardamon morning rolls every chance we could!"
