"We absolutely loved this home! My family and I spent 2 days in the Mazama/Winthrop area and fell in love. The pictures not descriptions do it justice as this property is gorgeous. The owners are very communicative and gave tons of good advice on navigating the area. We built fires both nights, then roasted marshmallows and hotdogs by the river. We will be back for sure!"

"The Elk Lodge is two-story, very clean and comfortable, with great appliances in the kitchen for cooking, well lit (which is often not the case with rentals). The living room is spacious and opens off of the kitchen. Two nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is perfect, near the Mazama store and trailheads in the quieter part of the valley well back from the highway. We will return to Elk Lodge next year for Spring Hiking."
