"Had a lovely weekend stay at this hotel staff very friendly and rooms modern and very clean I didn’t book for breakfast did visit the bar and dining area which was spotless. The hotel is in good location just a few minute walk to centre I will definitely stay here again."

"On arrival we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who was very friendly and informed us of everything about the hotel. We had a lovely garden room which had a lovely view of the hotel gardens. The room was very spacious and had everything you required eg. Tea and coffee machine facilities, iron and ironing board, toiletries and plenty of storage. The bar had a great selection of drinks. The breakfast facilities were excellent they had a buffet for cereals, pastures, toast and fruit. Hot breakfast was served by staff. The staff in all areas of the hotel were all very pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would certainly recommend a stay at this hotel. "

"Nice stay. Rooms comfy. No aircon but floor to ceiling windows makes it warm. Breakfast was made to order which made it slower than other hotels we stay at. "

"Had to wait 40 minutes for room, plaster fallen off from ceiling and walls in pool area, jacuzzi not working, lockers not working, water jet massager in pool not working, have to pay additional fee to watch weekend entertainment, not allowed to use facilities after checking out "

"Lovely bar area with a feature fire which made it feel cosy and homely. Their lounge is also very relaxing with beautiful views. Staff are very helpful "

"The room was clean. Sound insulation is not great, as we heard the couple in the room arguing quite clearly. The breakfast selection is good, but the eggs? Not so great. In general, it's fine. Not great, but not bad. "
