"Major things were fine. Comfortable beds, decent breakfast spread. Bathroom was lacking. No hand soap, about 6 pumps on the shower body wash, hair in tub from prior guest. Several other minor issues that contributed to poor rating."

"I didn't have time for breakfast."

"When I got to my room, all it had were 3 large towels and a shower mat in the bathroom. No wash cloths, and no hand towels. I had to go down to the front desk and get them, Then there were no wash cloths. In the morning, I needed to water pick my teeth and there was no electricity going to the plugs in the bathroom. I had to floss my teeth over the ice bucket. This was very uncomfortable and unsanitary if you ask me. The front desk had it fixed by the time I returned, but the maintenance person left a mess on the bathroom floor.. They did not offer me a discount for these inconveniences. I will neverstay there again and I will not not recommend that Radisson either, For the outrageous price I paid I should not have had these issues and I should have been compensated."

"We loved everything about hotel--the cleanliness, ambiance, amazing service in all aspects of the hotel, and breakfast at Houlihan's was high quality with excellent breakfast burritos and good choices. Thank you so much! "

"Rooms clean"

"We arrived early and we were greeted a very nice gentleman. He was able to check and saw that our room was clean and ready for us. We were able to check in and relax before we went to a graduation. In the morning we just grabbed a cup of coffee from the coffee table and left. I had accidentally left my jacket in the closet. We called and spoke with a woman who was able to retrieve it and hold onto it. I had my daughter who was still nearby and she picked it up. I was very happy with the service there. "

"We were in town for a Basketball tournament. The Hotel staff was very nice and helpful when we first arrived. Our room was clean and spacious. The pool was not open (this didn’t affect us but would have if our kids had been younger.) We would stay here again."

"Enjoyed our visit, but wished they allowed us to stay more than one night this particular weekend. The pool was cooler than expected but I camped out in the hot tub which wouldn't bubble. Minor inconvenience of course."
